Department of Information Technology Services Helpdesk
The Information Technology Services (ITS) Helpdesk is located on the first floor of Young Hall, room 105. You can reach the Helpdesk by calling (573) 681-5888, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by creating a ticket.
Regular onsite hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, excluding holidays.
Summer onsite hours are Monday–Thursday 7:30am–6:00pm, excluding holidays.
The ITS team provides technology support services for Lincoln University's students, faculty, staff, and vendors in the areas of networking, telecommunication, desktop/laptop, and server/application support. Please contact us if you have any questions about using LU-provided technology, or how to integrate new technology into the university's business environment.
