Members of the Lincoln University community have reported issues accessing Canvas and the Blue Tiger Portal. Sometimes the reason you cannot connect to a website is that your DNS settings are incorrect or there is a better DNS server to connect to. These settings can be easily changed on a Windows computer or a Mac. We have provided a video for changing your DNS settings on a PC here and a Mac here.
